What does it mean to be a panelist?
As a panelist, you will have the opportunity to give us feedback on new and existing products. We might ask for your opinions on beverages, appliances, or accessories. Your feedback will be used to help guide our product development process.
Who can become a panelist?
You must be 18 years of age or older and be willing to test new food and beverage products. You also must be willing to share your honest opinions about the look, feel, and design of our products.
Due to the nature and variability of the products screened we cannot accept those with: food allergies, color blindness, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, history of seizures, and pregnant or nursing mothers, or those who are presently being treated for respiratory, circulatory, liver, kidney, and/or other systemic diseases. Keurig Dr Pepper employees and members of their household are not eligible to participate in this program.
Where is the Keurig Dr Pepper Sensory Test Center?
We have two locations: Burlington, Massachusetts and Waterbury Center, Vermont
When do studies run?
Studies are run Monday-Friday between 9:00AM and 5:00PM
How often will I come in and for how long?
The expected testing frequency varies from several times per month to once or twice during a 6-month period. During your scheduled time, you might participate in taste tests, product use tests, and/or focus groups. Depending on the type of study, your visit will last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.
How will you decide to choose me for a study?
Our target audience varies per study and you may or may not qualify for each study. You will be contacted via e-mail regarding your eligibility and scheduling for upcoming studies. Please know that you can decline any invitation to a study – for any reason.
What do I get out of it?
In addition to what we hope is a fun experience for you, for each scheduled appointment that you complete, you will receive a gift card. The value of the gift card varies depending on the length and type of study. For a typical taste test, you will receive a $15 gift card.
